What I meant was their plan is not the only plan being presented...the classes of creditors that get to vote on these plans will obviously choose the one that enables them to get paid---the "chosen" plan will need financial backing and a business plan that generates revenue-meaning in our case a drug to produce/sell...we'll see who satisfies those two criteria....

that's why we're here and supporting Monty...
