The Company now believes that they have sufficient capital to cover its operating costs for the next several months. However, the Company will need to raise additional capital during the fall of 2009. The Company believes that they will be able to raise these additional needed funds from some of the same investors who have purchased shares during 2008 and 2009, although there are no guarantees. However, these investors have verbally committed to continue to fund the Company’s projects on a monthly basis, as needed.”
