Happy to hear that someone with judical authority has this on their radar screen. It would be nice to see some investigations initated. I would like to hear some more info about this.

As relating to Klok in court, if it's relating to the carryover Burr & Forman suit that Beebe skipped out of the judgement on, yes, I saw that it was re-filed in 3 jurisdictions in the recent past. If it's relating to him being a slimeball in general, I am not aware of that case, but in any event, I'm sure he and John will play nice for the judge (or no - but whatever).

BTW - as I asked a while back, how is John these days? Going to go into broadcasting together? Maybe a drug prevention crusade?

also BTW - you have mentioned John is not involved in NYMH, correct? Then who owns the mining claims in Box Elder County (read much of the NYMET acquisition of Perihelion, must have missed where it said the Saturday Night #1 and #2 mines were not part of the acquisition??)

If John is not part of NYMET, and NYMET owns the mines, why is John Beebe corresponding in the past 10 days (yes, Nov. 5, 2009) with the Utah Division of Oil, Gas, and Mines regarding Saturday Night #1 and #2? Do tell Eddie.

Anything else you would like to ask?
