I'd bet dollars to donuts if you called the company
and loaned the 250k you were willing
to gamble with, there would be no additional
shares come to market and they wouldn't
have to raise the authorized.

But you have to be an accredited investor
( just means 1 million in assets or a couple
other conditions, yearly income, etc)
