Last Friday? Today (11/13/09) "Mary" told me she would look in the "As Seen On TV" shelf and put me on hold, about a minute or two later she got back on the phone and said NO, WE DO NOT HAVE THEM.

No need for her to lie about it...yes, go ahead and take a photo with a newspaper with tomorrows date on it...I will call "Mary" or the store manager and alert them to be expecting you...make sure you get a shot of the UPC price code affixed to the shelf too...don't try to sneak a box on the shelf and take a picture of it...
