Of course the SEC had to investigate, they would have been derelict had they not done so. But it merely would have been more of the same dereliction and incompetence we have come to expect from the SEC as they just this year suspended trading on cincinnati microwave for them not reporting since 1996. The very funny thing to me is that this sudden zeal on the part of the SEC is equated with competence by so many, when in reality it's the same incompetent people, just moving faster to look like they are doing something.

In the financial world, the "best and brightest" do not go for government jobs making 40k a year.
