I did a whois lookup on the domain and someone in Rockville MD owns that site.

It's new whatever it is - no auctions listed, and was registered in June of 2009

Bidsell - ebuy is a bit too close of a name anyway. I believe INAR's attorneys might also have something to say about that.

It just seemed too coincidental that there was that site just sitting there - built and totally unused.
