MUSKROOMKING - You are misleading folks. These are not buys by management, but stock issued to them instead of salary. The bottom line is that they will make money at whatever price the buyout by a larger Company takes place at vs. shareholders depending on what price they bought in out!!!!!! As Management these guys come off as ##@##@!!!
