The question of course is the extent and for how long can a company hide and downplay material developments from its shareholders ????? Is there not a certain level of transparency that is required or is our fate totally in the hands of the Chinese, who given a choice would follow a policy of infinite nondisclosure ? We could be here a year from now as we get minor bits of information on whether Sinopec makes a decision to go ahead with production or not ?????
