Scottrade allowing no trades (no buy - sell only) even by phone. When I called they told me that the transfer agent has not been settling trades within the required 3 day period. That tells me we have naked shorting galore. My experience has been that the (very corrupt) SEC will refuse to look into it and the stock will literaly fall to zero value. Let's hope for the best....
