Hogan took the vaccine and ran away like a thief in the moddle of the night. I think he used StoneMad as a plant, and planted that fake Chinese news release- I gave my report to the SEC, he's robbed investors of the patented vaccine, while diluting with a 2nd transfer agent.
He canceled his email account. after his last major press release, as well as changed his phone number. He refused to return my call after the phony Chinese press release, nor did he offer a retraction to the rumour. He basically has a degree in SLIME 101, and I urge everyone to complain and talk to someone about this THEFT, because either the vaccine was a scam(I doubt it), or its worth tons of money.
His announcement of taking the company's only product private, and away from those that invested in this product, was released on some obscure site, and shareholders neither got the news, nor were notified of any vote.
Plain and simple-people either accept it- or they fight-I'll stand up for those who fight, and my friend that lost 90% overnite, but I also got out in time, before he pulled the plug. I sensed that Hogan was up to "shadiness", because Island TA was acting weird about my questions, and they had incorrect contact info on VRGN, as Hogan started becoming evasive.
