I sent an email through the company website yesterday asking for clarification. I have not received a response as of yet. If the filing does not happen today, I WILL be calling Monday and will report my findings.
I must say that I do not expect anything of value in the filings due to the time frames they will encompass; however, it will show a good faith effort of transparency which is worth it's weight in GOLD.
The 4th quarter update which should hit sometime in early 2010 will include all the juicy details.
I'm just more interested right now in seeing the EFFORT to file.
