call the company and tell them you are interested in the private placement, you will likely then speak to Ed and among many other things you will hear why this company is destined for greatness. I'd call him sometime today as I spoke to him the other day and he didn't have that many restricted shares left for sale. Remember that they are a California based company so give him a little bit before you ring over.
