This is in a PR and in one of BEHL's video's.
We have nothing else to go on. You speculate that things have changed but management has not confirmed your hunch.

Fish needs to confirm what is going on and clear all confusion.
Else, we continue to go down.

Perhaps RWE management will get this problem fixed.
