Yes, I think its possible that the company lied to us. They won't give permission to verify the information from the transfer agent, and the transfer agent won't release the information without permission from the company.
The company swears up one side and down another it hasn't. Either it's being naked shorted to death, or some serious doo doooo needs to come about with those involved in the company.
They now are all pissed off at shareholders calls and emails.
