That is the MM jobs to confuse the market. They are not going to hand you cash on a silver platter. I saw on L2 this morning there will be lots of selling at 23 cents. I did not see the news until after the selling. If PSC is expecting to go to $1, I'm sure as hell they are not going to sell less than that with their million free shares. News is good so that people are not in limbo to what is going on. Some news is better than no news even if it's a lousy one.
