It looks like they filed (on 11/12/09) to terminate the registration of securities. In the SEC documents, though, it says the provision only applies to securities with less than 500 registered owners. The document submitted by MYRA said they have 555 owners. Then on 11/17/09, they filed to withdraw the termination of registration. Maybe they are trying to get below the 500 limit on owners. I don't know. But it does not look good. With plenty of casino supply and a lack of demand, maybe they have reached the end of their rope.
