common sense should tell everyone there are problems inside of spongy. The fact the RME3 controls Spongy and act as Spongy's lender and whatever else they do - should raise a huge red flag

again .. the SEC does not suspend fully reporting companies and commit major resources to a formal investigation for no reason. The people who are in denial over this problem and are making excuses for spongy .....
