SEC documents are very likely a focal point in the SEC investigation as well. until the SEC findings support and negate the SEC filings, a potential investor would be wise not to rely on possibly fraudulent information.

Open Question concerning "Air Shares" (or NSS):

This will sound like a trick question, or one without an answer. But, I figured I would give it a try in case someone knows some methods that I am unaware of.

How are the NSS, that some are convinced exist, determined? Aside from the previous RegSho list, the Buyin.com PR (972Million shorts @ $0.09 avg pps), I am not aware of how to validate the MASSIVE NSS position that some claim to exist. I am not in disagreement that there may be, just wondering HONESTLY how many have come to this conclusion AND how they determined the actual amount.

Well, my information comes from the same filing- as well as others.

However, you may not be reading the filing correctly; it is my understanding that the right column is an aggregate of what they already owned & purchased (as represented by the green figures).

If you simply tally the green column (from your linked post) you'll find that they add up to 42Million shares purchased on the dates AFTER the suspension.

Look at the chart. If you add up the total number of securities acquired, it comes to 42M:

10/19/2009: 1,735,470
10/20/2009: 1,178,680
10/21/2009: 1,789,395
10/23/2009: 228,736
10/19/2009: 13,264,530
10/20/2009: 8,821,320
10/21/2009: 13,210,605
10/23/2009: 1,771,264

Total: 42,000,000

When he finished buying his last group on 10/23/2009 for 1,771,264, he then had a total of 125,237,750 (Amount of Securities Beneficially Owned Following Reported Transactions), which means before he purchased those 42M million shares, he had a total of: 83,237,750 shares (83,237,750 + 42,000,000 = 125,237,750).
