I know this is more forex then stocks but it teaches to use both research of fundamentals and charts.

While the share structure may have changed it is still small for a holdings company and that is what creates the large swings. The reason we have not seen a huge move is because of consolidation or a base. The longer the base the bigger the move.

Chart said it, pps showing it. Looking good today. Could be the start of the reversal. I'd like to see .10 close today and .12 tomorrow.
