People keep blaming SC and LP for dilution. LOL
Peter sold the shares first. Peter did the dilution. SC and LP simply moved the shares into the market...which is the MO of stock consultants/fininciers. The only lucky thing for the shareholders is that SC and LP screwed up by selling the shares too soon, as those shares were not registered shares. (legal)
