MM, I'm sure Lane briefed him but until the judge renders a decision we won't know anything. Once he does decide it will be on the courts website.

As LOCHUTE posted the other day, (paraphrasing) it's inconceivable that the judge would consent to letting the same foxes in the hen house that caused this calamity, especially since they do not have Nicosan. It's also inconceivable that the piper's would again expose themselves to the same individuals who within weeks of their investment succeeded in reducing it from 7MM to almost nothing.

I think RS' intent now is to leave, nay RUN, from what he believes is a broken co. to pursue 5-HMF @ his "new" co. and where possible attempt to hobble XKEM w/ any and all legal hurdles.

My $$$ is on Doc and Monty.
