Lets see...whats a good analogy..."Snowball in hell comes to mind". The orders are usually executed in numerical order. Which means by the looks of Level 2 that if you put your order in tomorrow the possiblity of winning the lotto without buying a ticket is greater than you getting .0002s One guy had his order in since last tueday ..he snagged a few...The sequence of .0002-0003 is setting up nice...get the .0003s while you have a few days left to buy in. there were a few 2s that sold today...they are becoming harder and harder to get though, more than likely you will have to get filled at 3 if you want some right now. I'm in at 2 but I got those last week.
