I don't know if there are more motions to be considered or if this is the final step in their reorganization. But at any rate, I would think we can be as hopeful to hear something from the company in the next month or two as ever.

With any such merger, I think a reverse split is a foregone conclusion. My thought is that with any "action" or merger we will trade substantially higher than we are now. Hence, I'm presently the bid at .0015 for a 100K.

We shall see if I'm an idiot or brilliant (or more likely just average). :-)
