btw: Can 4 (3 because Jared went further) issurer company CEO's all be naive? If so, then my earlier point has been made.

The current SEC charges are only on selling stock before it's time. The 3 that are clean on that charge are probably not lilly white....they have made good money living off the opm. In the case of Peter, I think he has hooked up with the Oracle of Ohio to continue his gig. jmho ...dog
