I just received an email from Charles confirming that no vote on going private has taken place. He had previously told me he had not heard anything about such a thing and was going to ask the board. Now, it is apparent he followed up and has confirmed no vote.

So, anyone seeing one of our three rumor mongers attempting to spread the false rumor of a vote to go private having taken place, please remind them the company denies and they should call Charles to confirm.
