I have seen posts on the SHO blog stating that PR will be released tomorrow has anybody heard this rumor on this board?

They sent updated share structure information into pinksheets.com a few weeks back, compared to previous share structure information it showed a decrease of 1billion shares from the Outstanding Shares... And YES I have heard the rumor of PR tomorrow

pinksheets is a system in where a company complies and sends in official listings such as a/s & o/s as current as they want -- its unsolicited, but helps with the company in being as transparent as possible..

so, the company sent the new structure to pinksheets, they updated the company info status... they dont need a pr to confirm, the companies TA or transfer agent can confirm for the pinksheets if and when need be
