Unfortunately for all those people who were investors and employees - they were defrauded. Also there was conspiracy to commit fraud. A handful of cases throughout the proud history of this country should not deter you from the most transparent marketplace on the planet. As a general rule to follow - some financial statements beat none all to hell.
