I posted the SEC filing and links to old JB company several times. Scary part is even when you all see it in black and white you either don't understand it or choose to ignore it.

John's old company had 56 million shares. People paid 47 cents per share in private placements. For every 70 shares people bought for 47 cents each they got 1 share of JBII. 70 times .47 is around $28. So the old investors from his former company who paid 47 cents per share need $28 to break even here.
