Thats because they are buying an 85% stake of Zhejiang Tianyuan Bio-Pharmaceutical Co. Which has an agreement with Mellow Hope, which has an agreement with HTDS.

I was told by Novartis that no such comment was made ... to anyone regarding buying 85% ... the communication from HTDS is clear .. you are trying to mislead people here that you have spoken to Novartis about HTDS and they point blank have said .. that all information about this takeover is in a confidential state and they have only released what they are requred to do .. by law at this time
