Wouldn't they be sued regularly if their ratings were deceptive? Are they?

Can you fire off a couple examples where the designated symbol was used "simply" for a name change, please? I didn't miss it, just not sure I believe it.

you are missing the real point.. SPNG did not change their name so that argument has no relevance

Regardless, if there is a legit pink company out there and they were given this caveat because they didnt pay $3000 to Pinksheets.com, they would get their butts sued off real fast.
