now factor in PSC P&D, the invovlement of paulson and ryan and all the fraud that has happened with companies that those 2 have been involved in

then look at fluff PR's, nothing being built and nothing coming from mongolia, china, korea, peru or anywhere else

what sets this to be different?? becasuse fisher says so???

Per CC, the delays for the PBRs that were to be started by now, are due to paperwork (more or less). OSHA, EPA ect.

From what I understand Nevada has very tight requirements that must be complied to before construction can begin. I would also imagine there will also be compliance issues along the way during construction that would make the actual construction of the PBRs take longer than necessary.

After they get the first one up and running in Nevada they should then know more of what all is entail and others should follow rather quickly. They are learning as they go.
