not sure as i am not an experoencend investor as most of you are from what i read. however - even we were delisted, he sent me 250,000 shares in october 2008 as partial interets for thew loan. of course they are worthless at this moment and may be finally, but i would like to have what he said "i thougth it was already taken care of but I'll see that it's done right away". That was two weeks ago and I have not seen the transfer certificate nor the money nor have i heard from the man who made the promise.
