I've owned this since around 2002...........wihout any hicups, I'd say at least 6 months. probably a year......or more.

Don't set yourself up for dissapointment.

Until they mine, this is just real estate.....in the desert....

It moved on hype and irrational exuberance. Now people seem more realistic knowing that we still have some waiting till production. Hopefully they will get there (news that will renew the excitement) sometime in the 1st qtr '10. Or we be bought out.
