No I think he saw a good product and a way to make some quick money. The problem is it takes awhile to start up a company and he is impatient. He he knows more than all the lawyers and all the experts that have been hired. Just ask him he will tell you. That is why he has so much money and he can retire any time he wants because he is an expert in the stockmark and starting up new companies. Just ask him he will tell you. But in truth he is pretty much a jerk knows nothing about starting up a company and he will post all kinds of articles that he finds on the internet to make him sound smart.HMMMMMMMMM

i got $1500 invested here from 21 cents to 3 cents when i asked mr thomas when the product was gonna hit the market
and when the 10 k was coming out his response was -0-
all he started talking was the same bla bla that he post from his travels around the world .sure he dont need the money ?
but he sure is traveling all over the world at stockholders expense then there was a post on yahoo about the cannes trip were they were bragging about their hotel stays and drinking when i mean (they), is cause they sound to be a group traveling first class ? hotels? but no product sales then he post a feedback that to me sounded coached.

and to conclude, this is no hungry start up . this is a guy enjoying his mid age and hes not the first brain to fail
