I used to have EMKR, but the price kept falling after good news. Now I know why!!!
I'm invested in other stuff at the moment, but if the shorts keep her down for a while, I'm sure to step in again. :)
Oh and I buy much more shares now than I did then. I'd expect somebody is holding them down so they can get more shares because most of the other solar companies took off together, but EMKR stayed around a buck. :(
Long term I believe EMKR will be a winner, but this time of the year is not the time for me to invest into it. Can't remember what's happened to the court cases when it tumbled, but I'd expect a short squeeze at some point. Or a hostile takeover. :o
