I wasn't the one that put the fee figures out on the board. Since you were the source of those numbers I would think that it would be much easier for you to produce the links to statements from the company confirming these numbers. After all it appears that you have already done this good DD so if you would be so kind as to share with the rest of us it would save all a lot of time.
