any take on this FDA thingie. Any way to tell when the real decision will be happening?

4:39PM Cyberonics receives FDA approval for 100 patient treatment-resistant depression treatment IDE (CYBX) 18.38 -0.38: Co announced that it received final, unconditional FDA approval of the Treatment IDE, submitted at the suggestion of FDA's Center for Devices and Radiological Health, to make VNS Therapy available to up to 100 patients with life-threatening treatment-resistant depression , while FDA completes its review of the Expedited Review PMA-Supplement Amendment submitted on September 23, 2004.
