As a general rule, I no longer post my DD on the public boards. Too many headaches.

But, I can tell you that there is reason to hope for a JVA soon. Could be next week, IMO. (Mon-Wed) But as usual, no guarantees.

We know that the decision making Executives have been in Chile for 3 weeks. Some have attempted to downplay this by posting that they are meeting with other companies for other deals unrealated to our JV. However, they have met with JJ Tues-Thurs for 3 weeks in a row. So frankly, I do not see how they could be spending very much time with other companies.

IMO, JJ had a reason for publishing the update about the LDM mining op on the very day that the Execs showed up. Some have attempted to downplay that as well. However, I am convinced that it was a power play on his part to let the JV partners know that they now have less than 60 days before we will no longer need their money to move forward with the Alto project.

That is not to say that we could do it all with that small amount of money. But IMO, they would be wise to close the deal before we have a chance to prove out the reserves with further drillings. And the evidence is that they got the message.
