NO NEWS OF ANYTHING? correct! (this has been correct for months and months and months and longer) - last public comment by co as i recall, was release re: the 4th quarter of 2008, issued in feb, 2009 - have been waiting since fall of 2008 for news/info that was promised to be released by co "soon", and which co/president promised would make the shareholders very "happy", regarding new configuration, company activity, share dividends, buy-back transaction, etc. "soon" definition has been subject of some lengthy discussion and numerous inquiries to company and pres for the past year+. responses have ranged from vague and polite -reiterating "soon", or promising "next week", or in "two weeks", or whatever, to angry, sarcastic and confrontational retorts of the nature that the pres is not going to be pressured into releasing any info, suggesting things going on behind scenes, suggesting nothing going on behind scenes, suggesting that inquring shareholders are naked short traders (most on the board have been around for years - guess we are either totally incompetent short traders, or hey, maybe just shareholders who took the pres and prior "pumping" pr's at face), or just in general rhetoric without any subtantive content or details regarding anything.

DOES RAFAEL STILL OWN THIS THING? who knows? no new filings of which i am aware. he made reference to family (ownership?)in past; we really do not who who owns what, what of various seemingly affiliated entities own what; which owes which money; who is operating what, if anything; if anything is being operated; existance of any contracts or operating agreements (make your own list - you could put about anything you could think of here among the things the shareholders do not know).

IT IS HARD TO TELL BY THE IBOX BECAUSE IT IS SO OUT OF DATE....EITHER THAT OR THE COMPANY HASNT PUT ANYTHING OUT IN RECENT HISTORY. see above. any new info or sources you can reference or supply would be appreciated by all, i am sure.

lazlotrade pretty much summed it up....yeah what he said...LOL!

Also, since this thing is so intertwined with multiple companies with the same players, the arms length dealing is questioned, the shell they bought has or had questionable auditors, The shell may be not repairable, the SEC is in the picture...to what extent we don't know, the new auditors haven't resolved whatever the problem is, emails from the prez eluded to some sort of arbitration...or litigation from who...we don't know, someone is not in default yet...and here we sit now for a year with our thumbs stuck in our butts, well figuratively speaking...LOL

Oh, the I-Box is updated....see the sign added a week or so ago at the bottom...."SOON"!!!!
