Something I think about quite a bit. After those first NY Posts, I would have said "$hit, its coming down". Cash in and the next day I would be on a beach in Rio. I would seem these guys as complete idiots. Not that what I said was ethical.

Some of the facts for this being a scam are pretty impressive but common sense says "this guys can't be that stupid."

No, they would be opearating as normal until they are actually convicted, (if they are ever convicted). ERHE has been under a DOJ investigation for several years and nothing has changed in terms of trading or the day to day operations of the company because in that instance nothing has been found wrong as of yet. But every situation is different. However, just because the company is trading it does not mean that everything is all clear. I definitely do not think that everything is all clear.

penny stock scammers tend to be outrageously cocky. Hughes of ECNC didn't disappear and hes now in jail. Altomare didn't disappear and he is now in jail. Flaherty didn't disappear and she is now in jail. Edwards was caught and is now in jail awaiting extradition and i fully expect Casavant will be caught and extradited soon. They all think it isn't going to happen to them, or that the punishment will be no more than a slap on the wrist ... as it would have been just a few years ago. times have changed.

Besides, if you look at it logically, by disappearing they would be leaving MILLIONS on the table ... with which they can buy a fine defense team. Using SPNG as an example; if the insiders here are dumping just 2,000,000 shares per day at .04, thats $800,000 in 10 days ... $2,400,000 in 30 days ... $4,800,000 in 60 days. that would pay for a whole bunch of lawyering.
