They would have to do a 10:1 split to get that done. I think 5:1 would be adequate. If insiders do own 60% of the stock if the O/S went down to 800M then the float would be around 300M which wouldnt be bad. Sometime I do think that a small reverse split can be good especially if the company is showing that they will not dilute as IFSl is doing.
