No, I think its being manipulated like crazy(pinksheets are like the slums of RIO) but I agree one LOI or JV and we can see a nice spike. The question is how likely is that?? All this nice DD that everyone is finding looks real nice and sounds great...on papaer. At the end of the day they need to sell this stuff otherwise its all just a fantasy.
