IMHO: LOL. Which line is that? Is that the illegal practices line? Oh, OK.

This stuff is so tame, I can't believe it. Imagine if you will, some of the stuff they didn't put in emails... The little whisper in the ear as they lean over you during cocktails... this stuff goes both ways, business is tough. Hard decisions are made and you go as far as you can with the customer, but sometimes there are limits to where you can go... The excerpts seem to make it out as happening with a few emails when in fact it's years and years of on site meetings, presentations, emails, letters and personal interaction, management in, management out, dedicated help and trust. Price is the last thing that Intel sells.

All that and more will come out in court.
