SIAF - They are currently non-reporting but..

They completed 2006-2007 PCAOB audits required to uplist, which are extremely informative as they break down the acquisitions and capital formation.

They didn't get the report done in time to audit 2008 so they could file in 2009. They have decided to wait and conduct 2008-2009 audits in tandem, then file in March 2010. It is cheaper to conduct the two audits at the same time as opposed to conducting separate annual audits back to back.
