IMHO, Steve, the only company with even a prayer of successfully suing anyone over a HD-based jukebox is Compaq. I'm reasonably certain that the cosmetics of the iPod case/controls are not the first occurrence of same.

packers... the "lawsuit gossip" is from loyal and disgruntled Apple fanatics. It would be similar to us wanting to sue Don bauder or Riva Richards, because we don't see them as "fair". The Odyssey is different enough to avoid any design suit, and it has additional features and a different OS, so the guts can't be a basis for suit either. All this "talk" is just from people like the EDIG shareholders, living a decent amount of time in their own microcosm and not wanting anything to infringe on their territory. No worries.
