When i first researched then invested in HEB (sure seems like a LONG time ago), i was 95% comfortable and confident. I am at about 25% now. I ditched half my portfolio of HEB during CC at prices between 3.05 and 3.15 literally within the first 10 minutes of the CC. I then sold the rest in lots all between 2.25 and 2.75, and have waited and waited for HEB to again raise my confidence enough to buy back in.

I was always in this for FDA approval of CFS. I think the Japan/Flu thingy is a sideshow used to appreciate share price. I was always skeptical of that.

I will continue to watch very closely, as if it appears FDA ever does approve Ampligen, this is $10 the same/next day.

The problem is and always been that Dr Carter is a great scientist but really bad business man.

Again, being in medical field myself and researching Ampligen and HEB for almost a year now, I am confident this will be golden. This new developments about AIDS and use of ampligen can be a gold mine in years to come. And dont forget Alferon nasal applications. That stuff is still couple years away, but if it works, it can replace teraflu and relenza on the market!
