Maybe it'll turn out to be one of those grey areas in the law where a loophole is exploited to the detriment of the market.
The field doesn't seem to be a level one anymore with what COULD be considered collusion(?), manipulation(?) or whatever it may be.
I disagree, though, that Titan's board is similar. He's trying to find plays and sharing his findings, etc. He's not creating the plays.
