I dont understand how anyone can be behind someone who can't even file. In my opinion Thomas has just given up. Putting forth an effort to file ON TIME, this one last time, told me all I needed to know.

Since when pinksheet stocks are required to file anything. This is just an excuse which SEC protects their cronies (DTCC)instead of tax payers. I am disgusted that my tax dollars pay these A.hole salaries.
