I think stockdad is right though, there is a separation between what One World sees as valuable progress and what the shareholders see as valuable progress. Maybe this is why the PR wasnt as effective as we all had hoped, because it had little related to what the shareholders think hold the most value, ie the release of PR pertaining to One world card. And since it is the shareholders who largely give value to a stock in pinks like this, then even a good PR like yesterday may have little effect because of how we valued it. IMO
But who knows, the best we can do is speculate with the info we have.
